What is CCTV remote Monitoring?

CCTV Remote Monitoring provides real-time visual oversight of human activity within designated areas of a client’s premises. Our system is scalable, supporting the monitoring of one to thirty cameras per site, all of which transmit automated human-detection alerts directly to the TSS Control Room.

Upon receiving an alert, our professional operators follow a rigorous response protocol:

  • Visual Verification: Immediate assessment of the captured imagery to confirm the nature of the detection.
  • Tactical Dispatch: Deployment of an Armed Reaction unit to the site.
  • Communication: Providing the responding unit with a detailed physical description of the individual and ensuring the client is promptly notified.
